Faculty librarians at the University of Maryland Health Sciences and Human Services Library have developed a web site specifically for consumers. The site consists of four major sections: - Sites by Subject includes Web pages that link to quality sites organized by broad topics including cancer, diabetes and AIDS.
- Maryland Resources contains listings of health and social service resources organized by counties within Maryland.
- Directories contains links to sites that assist consumers in locating dentists, physicians, health departments, hospitals and health care organizations.
