Title: Start on Success Program (SOS)
Description: Start on Success is a partnership among the University of Maryland, the National Organization on Disabilities (NOD), the Baltimore City Public Schools, the Office of Employment Development and Workfirst, Inc.

This program provides work based learning opportunities to educationally and emotionally disabled and disadvantaged students with entry level work skills. Students are placed in positions during their senior year of high school and spend fifteen hours per week in work-based learning positions.
