Title: Pediatric Dental Fellowship Program
Description: Established in September 1999, the Dental School's Department of Health Promotion and Policy, Program of Pediatric Dentistry currently employs nine post-graduate pediatric dental fellows who provide comprehensive dental services to children and adolescents, including children with special health care needs, in undeserved urban and rural regions of Maryland. These services are provided in both outpatient and hospital operating room settings at Walnut Street Clinic Community Health Center in Hagerstown (Washington County), Greater Baltimore Medical Center, the Choptank Community Health Systems in Federalsburg (Caroline County), Mercy Hospital, local health departments in Howard, Frederick and Carroll Counties and at public health clinics and hospitals.
