Title: Clinical Law Programs - CONSUMER PROTECTION CLINIC
Description: Clinical and LTP students will help to represent people who have consumer problems and who cannot afford to retain counsel. They may work on discrete matters (single clients who have a focused legal problem, e.g., debt collection), and/or larger projects (e.g., investigation of a practice or policy that affects larger numbers of low-income consumers). The potential legal work includes litigation (pre-filing investigations and limited post-filing representation); representation before regulatory agencies; legislative advocacy; and law reform projects.
