Title: Clinical Law Program - IMMIGRATION CLINIC
Description: In this clinic, students will represent low- and moderate-income immigrants and/or their family members in matters relating to immigration status. Students will represent individuals fleeing persecution and seeking asylum at the Asylum Office and before the Baltimore Immigration Court, as well as others appearing before the court. Clients may, in some cases, be detained by the Department of Homeland Security. They will also represent clients in other immigration related matters, including family petitions, domestic violence related applications, and citizenship applications.
